I was an instant fan of Stephen Barton and Frederik Wiedmann's music for season 3 of “Star Trek: Picard”, so when I saw that Star Trek Online had released a trailer announcing the new U.S.S. Titan-A / U.S.S. Enterprise-G, I wanted to compose something with the same orchestral spirit that we heard in the series.

At Summer Game Fest it was announced that a new Star Trek game was in production and would soon be taking gamers once again into the final frontier. This trailer had almost no music, so I was inspired to compose music that evoked mystery under the captain’s log, and instant fear as the Borg ship is revealed. String and harp glissandos warp us to the “Star Trek: Infinite” logo.
